Simply reply to any of our emails or contact us at agooge@mcphersonmfg.com. Send a photo of the issue, and we'll take care of it—usually within 48 hours.

Does the warranty cover normal wear?

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and premature failure. Normal discoloration from filtering air is expected and doesn't affect performance.
